Recently, in June 2024, Ashraf Mohamed Ali instructs operations manager Kelly Osborn to travel to the USA to handle important business matters for MasterCom Holding UK. Kelly Osborn visited various clients and suppliers during her stay in New York and Los Angeles and during this multi-day trip, the LLC structure could be further implemented, enabling the multinational to operate in the USA.
Previously, MasterCom Holding UK Ltd shared that its second branch in the USA was incorporated on may 2, 2024 in the State of Wyoming, which is a legally owned company of MasterCom Holding UK Ltd in the UK, with a 100% shareholding in the company. With this new company, the companies in the USA are 2, in Florida and Wyoming respectively.
During the first 6 months of 2024, Mr Ashraf Mohamed Ali spent time in Brazil. MasterCom UK has seen an increase in its customer backlog since mid-2023 and a significant increase in demand for ICUMSA 45 Sugar has made travel to Brazil a top priority and an essential part of the business’ growth. Additional new volumes have been secured with manufacturers, on top of what has already been bought and sold. Mr Ashraf also had the opportunity to meet with customers to assist with loading their goods onto the vessel.
During the remainder of 2024 and into 2025, ICUMSA 45 Sugar will be an important part of MasterCom’s business, with some further plans in the pipeline that will see the company become one of the largest leading players in the global sugar trading market.
2022 has been a big year for international entrepreneur Ashraf Mohamed Ali. In the wake of the global pandemic, the company has been assisting consumers and businesses in the fight against Covid-19. One of the first major projects was the involvement in the sale of Covid-19 antigen test kits, masks and nitrile examination gloves supplying customers in the UK, Europe and other countries.
During 2022 MasterCom Holding UK and Food & Beverage Ltd. then announced that they had secured another long-term supply contract with manufacturers in Brazil, all eligible for export to China and other destinations worldwide. The company also travelled to Los Angeles to meet with trusted and reliable partners in the US who are involved with Government Entities in expanding their presence in certain markets they operate in.
In the same year, Ashraf Mohamed Ali, says that the new brand Nour Water is set to launch in 2023 under the company MasterCom UK Food & Beverage Ltd. The food and beverage company is placing a huge focus on developing its own products and using its own brand “Nour”. The Nour brand was created by the Chairman of MasterCom Group using the name of his youngest son. Over the years, the brand has grown and now includes Nour Beef, Nour Chicken, Nour Sunflower Oil and with the most recent ongoing project, Nour Water.
